It was such a whirlwind in that I listed with you one day, then two days later I had a contract and had to be out in 30 days. Panicking a little, we put together the purchase of my new home within another day or two. The information sheet you provided me that had mortgage brokers, utility companies, etc. was invaluable. | While marketing our house, Cindy Karp exceeded our expectations in every way possible. I consider myself a pretty good businessperson and yet I can't think how Cindy could have done a better job selling our house. Cindy provided excellent, prompt, and clear communication at every opportunity. She had an active plan for marketing our house and invested plenty of her business' money to make it work. She went beyond the basics at every opportunity. She provided advice when we needed it and we felt confident in her judgement.
I continuously got the impression that Cindy was working for us all day long and wondered how the heck she had time to attend to any one else's business. We did not have the same experience with one of Cindy's competitors. The other agency that first listed our house was friendly enough, but seemed to rely only on the Multiple Listing Service to sell our house. We didn't feel that the other agency had a plan...the only plan was to drop the listing price and pray. Communication was not as easy with this agency. I heartily recommend that whoever reads this should list with Cindy and watch with satisfaction as her marketing machine kicks into gear. My only regret with Cindy is that we've moved across the country and won't be able to use her the next time we list our house. Frank Ryan |
