Arlene Williams, now with Cindy Karp Realty arrived in the Athens, with her family, in 1972, and although school (Texas A&M ’87) and corporate career had her living other places for a while, Athens is her family’s home.
Since coming home to Athens, she has managed residential properties in the Athens area, giving her a thorough knowledge what to look for in any residential properties. And her years in the corporate world, and at the Atlanta Market, make her familiar with what you need in any commercial properties as well.
Currently Arlene lives on the family place with horses, streams, springs, ponds, wells, septic tanks, dogs, cats, fences, pastures, and timber. If you have any questions about larger acreage or agricultural properties, or what’s involved, she is your agent.
Arlene is active in the community with Cancer Support, Parkinson’s Support, the Athens Symphony Choir (she is a tenor), the Georgia Museum, OLLI, Saddle Clubs, among a few. So if you are new to the area, she can certainly help you feel at home.
Arlene’s attention is to the details; she listens, communicates, and works hard to turn your FOR SALE to SOLD.
